Perspective can be humorous. I was so excited to see this scene unveiling
itself to me as I set up my tripod and camera. The sun was just beginning
to peek out. The flooded furrows were turning yellow. The composition
was all coming together in the viewfinder and man, I was happy! And
then two of the fieldworkers in a battered old truck drove slowly by,
all the while looking at me like I was crazy. They drove on, and left
me to
play in the dirt of the field they worked.
